Instead of rushing between several venues, we focus on 3 carefully selected stops, giving you time to enjoy the food while still discovering the city. Stop 1 — Traditional Portuguese Flavors Begin in the historic heart of Lisbon with a selection of authentic local specialties. This stop may include: Pastel de bacalhau — Portugal’s famous codfish fritter Ginjinha — Lisbon’s traditional cherry liqueur A gluten-free Portuguese option, such as cheese, olives, grilled chouriço, or another suitable local specialty Gluten-free tastings can be arranged when requested in advance. Stop 2 — Choose Your Main Portuguese Tasting Continue to a traditional local venue for a more substantial tasting inspired by the Portuguese tasca culture. Guests can enjoy either: Traditional Bifana A classic Portuguese pork sandwich, marinated with garlic, spices, and traditional seasoning. Portuguese Fish Option A seasonal fish dish or tasting, such as grilled sardines, tuna, codfish, or another fresh local fish specialty, depending on availability. A gluten-free alternative can also be provided, replacing bread-based dishes with a suitable traditional Portuguese plate. Stop 3 — A Sweet Lisbon Finale Finish the experience with the perfect Portuguese ending: a freshly baked pastel de nata. Crispy on the outside and creamy inside, this iconic custard tart is one of Portugal’s most famous culinary traditions. Enjoy it as the final taste of the tour while your guide shares the story behind this beloved pastry and its place in Portuguese culture. Throughout the experience, your private guide connects the food with the city around you, passing through areas such as Alfama, Rossio, Chiado, historic squares, traditional streets, and panoramic viewpoints. The tour price includes the private Tuk Tuk experience and guide service only. Food and drinks consumed during the stops are not included in the tour price and are paid directly by guests at each venue.
